Highly Questionable Ban, Riot must answer for this

I am going to post the following chat log in which the tribunal found permanently ban worthy of account. Being someone that has been previously suspended before for actual toxic behavior, that has caused me to read the terms of use of League very clearly and thoroughly, as well as reform my behavior and messages in chat. I have been climbing the ladder and having my account banned is the last thing on the agenda and in-turn so is being toxic. I have taken great precaution with everything I have said since my chat restrictions and still find myself under the magnifying glass in every situation. Toxic to me all game, just trolled by smiting blue from me and then inted to u guys Reflez: ]/all gg " I am aware that any message in here is not directed to be negative , inflammatory, or toxic in any way. When I am really the one getting flamed by not just one but multiple teammates in this game. As you can see several of my messages are constructive as I provide information to the team and strategies. I was getting flamed however with direct insults from my hecarim teammate who kept calling me "noob, bad, etc." How else am I going to yield reports for this player that is clearly toxic then to post it in chat? It makes no sense that a person should be banned for asking people to report people who are ACTUALLY inflammatory. If you think asking people to report someone after the game is worth banning I can show you very many instances of streamers, pros, and high elo players doing this but why do they not get banned for that? I did not even deserve to be reported based on the things that people in this game were saying to me. Including someone in post game lobby to "kys" and I know you all know what that means. I am the victim here and not the offender here. I am putting this narrow-minded view of banning players based on reports for comments that are not even inflammatory, but instead every little thing I say in chat is under scrutiny . Read the chat logs this is clearly not just unfair but also unwarranted and unjustified. You say "We will not change or reduce the duration of a justified suspension" yet this suspension is clearly not justified in any way, and is very much up for discussion.

EDIT: Above the chat logs Riot states the following: "Other players judged your comms to be far below the standards of the League community". This first statement is just utterly false concerning this chat log. The next line is: "The vast majority of players agree that while League's an intense, competitive game, everyone deserves respect on the rift". Another statement that goes against what happened to me here, I am the one being shown disrespect and really am not disrespecting the hecarim or anyone else in this game for that matter. It is up to the players to decide if they want to report someone and I reminded them how much this hecarim deserves it with how DISRESPECTFUL they were towards me.
