Highly Questionable Ban, Riot must answer for this

I am going to post the following chat log in which the tribunal found permanently ban worthy of account. Being someone that has been previously suspended before for actual toxic behavior, that has caused me to read the terms of use of League very clearly and thoroughly, as well as reform my behavior and messages in chat. I have been climbing the ladder and having my account banned is the last thing on the agenda and in-turn so is being toxic. I have taken great precaution with everything I have said since my chat restrictions and still find myself under the magnifying glass in every situation. The following was supposedly "grounds" in which to permanently ban my account: " Game 1 Reflez: care for thresh invade Reflez: omg Reflez: im sirry Reflez: thank god Reflez: i know i know Reflez: malz is good at dodging Reflez: but ww is bad Reflez: gj bot Reflez: lol Reflez: get herald soon Reflez: too Reflez: snowball our lead Reflez: report ww inting pls Reflez: sigh Reflez: why arent we grouped when we are very ahead Reflez: they also have better vision Reflez: ? When I am really the one getting flamed by not just one but multiple teammates in this game. As you can see several of my messages are constructive as I provide information to the team and strategies. I was getting flamed however with direct insults from my hecarim teammate who kept calling me "noob, bad, etc." How else am I going to yield reports for this player that is clearly toxic then to post it in chat? It makes no sense that a person should be banned for asking people to report people who are ACTUALLY inflammatory. If you think asking people to report someone after the game is worth banning I can show you very many instances of streamers, pros, and high elo players doing this but why do they not get banned for that? I did not even deserve to be reported based on the things that people in this game were saying to me. Including someone in post game lobby to "kys" and I know you all know what that means. I am the victim here and not the offender here. I am putting this narrow-minded view of banning players based on reports for comments that are not even inflammatory, but instead every little thing I say in chat is under scrutiny . Read the chat logs this is clearly not just unfair but also unwarranted and unjustified. You say "We will not change or reduce the duration of a justified suspension" yet this suspension is clearly not justified in any way, and is very much up for discussion.

EDIT: Above the chat logs Riot states the following: "Other players judged your comms to be far below the standards of the League community". This first statement is just utterly false concerning this chat log. The next line is: "The vast majority of players agree that while League's an intense, competitive game, everyone deserves respect on the rift". Another statement that goes against what happened to me here, I am the one being shown disrespect and really am not disrespecting the hecarim or anyone else in this game for that matter. It is up to the players to decide if they want to report someone and I reminded them how much this hecarim deserves it with how DISRESPECTFUL they were towards me.

I seriously dont see why you got banned either. You never flamed anyone or was negative. On top of that it looks like you barely said anything tbh.

I wish I could really post some of my teammates chat here as well. Hopefully I receive it when I hear back from Riot in the request I submitted to their support staff regarding this "ban". As you could see the only thing they find inflammatory is me asking to have certain people reported, when in fact those people were saying awful things to me and really do deserve the reports and not me. I was split pushing bot because the game was stagnated and not much was going on around the map so I chose to push out bot, my team then engages knowing I am bot and then loses the fight and this is where Hecarim and others begin to flame me. They go on to call me "noob, troll, bad, etx." when I clearly was not trolling and it was downright offensive. And to have myself banned instead of them is utterly appaling.

Only one game? Usually there are two or three in the logs provided, when you attempt to log in.

Again this was the only game that was found as grounds to perma-ban my account, which also makes no sense. When I og in it only shows this one game. And it happened immediately after the game which means the tribunal must now be some sort of an automated system which makes absolutely zero sense especially when every case is different.

I did not clarify in my post but in fact this was the only game they used to permanently ban me on my account. When I log in all I see is this one games chat.

Recently yes, I did. At this point I forget exactly what those were for. I used to be say things like the Hecarim did in this game here however once I realized my account was in danger I stopped all comments that I thought would be found toxic, after reading the terms of use thoroughly. I had been climbing and have only contributed to chat by constructiveness until this case in which I guess asking people nicely to report someone that was clearly toxic somehow made me the bad guy. Regardless of previous violations, this particular instance should seriously be reviewed when in fact not only was I not toxic, my intentions were only good this game and thought I could even help the community out by reporting someone who was insulting me, even in all chat, and even trolled me and then inted a kill and then said "you don't deserve this win" when I never did anything wrong, and to mention this Hecarim did this BEFORE I asked for him to be reported and not after. So the argument of asking to report made Hecarim act that way is invalid.

14 days ban is last warning before perma ban. Anything negative, even minor like asking people to report others or threatening people with reports can get u perma banned.

There is no point in threatening to report except to put oil on fire. To escalate toxicity in game even further. If u want to report someone, do it, dont tell u gonna do it.

Okay your opinion there is all well and good but the fact of the matter is that is it worth Perma banning someone for in this one instance where I was the one really getting seriously flamed. Riot dosen't tell us how to act and I reacted in the way I felt necessary. My intentions were never dark even towards the person I wanted reported, just simply for them to stop talking to me so negatively. The fact of the matter is this needs to be reversed as it does NOT violate Riots Terms and Conditions and this ban also contradicts why players are banned in the first place.

This isnt my opinion. This is how system is designed. You didnt get perma ban for this chat. U got perma ban for this chat+ all your previous offenses combined. Your ban wont be reversed as its not mistake. Riot stated many many many times that if someone is negative to you, mute him and report. Dont engage in any arguing or negativity. What you have to understand is that 14 days ban is FINAL warning,

/mute all

Press tab turn off all pings thank god

And I let everyone know I muted them because its hard to deal with trolls / ping spammers or idiots sometimes, At least they don't wonder why I can't hear them.

Think its been over a year since I last got a punishment now hope to keep it this way.

in /ALL chat you nailed your OWN TEAMMATES.

or theirs... if they having a bad game, ripping em out like that and exposing a weakness (I'm guessing WW was your side.) literally puts a crosshair on them for the enemy team...something supposedly weak to focus on.
