i know a lot of people have a problem with passive aggressive players, i mean lets look at things years back, when do you see people get so sensitive about others defending them selves, like what is so wrong about being defensive? i mean might be a ego thing, however people just like to abuse the word toxic now days people will report you for anything u say, is so bad to the point you have to play the game deal with trolls and you wont able to type anything because u get punished for it, at the same time the trolls wont get punish for trolling your games because they wont type, if they wont type you wont get punished. Just a sad system how it works is this even reality? how can you expect human beings with feelings not able to express them selves, specially playing rank games, i really think as long your not insulting individuals or being raciest etc... the punish should not be that harsh. you get punished for saying hey guys can u stop feeding? or hey mid you were 3-1 now 3-5 what happend? you get punished for asking a question, people take that as negative for pointing out the truth, but hey if me i look it as oh i was 3-1 now im 3-5 is time to step up my game, just different mind set of people when they play this game, if your passionate you get punished, guys lets all be robots!!! work for the failed system.

Can you explain why you attack and verbally harass people in your games and constantly berate them over every little mistake like you did to me when you were the jungler a few weeks ago?

Why defend people being defensive when it is your attitude that forces people into fight or flight / defensive mode in the first place?

You can't just sit back and flame everyone in your game, rage at people and then come butthurt on these forums complaining about your permanent ban, and then try to make yourself look like a victim.

You need to fix your own issues, not try to force others to act the way you want them to act. The world does not revolve around you. it revolves around the power hungry corporations that control all the money and force us to comply, as unethical as it may be, that's reality. You need to adjust to it and accept it. Also keep in mind that you don't have to spend a single dime on this game. Because you are NOT forced to spend money, Riot can make their own rules, even if you don't agree with them.

Things are different when you are forced to spend money on an item or a service. Then companies have to be held accountable to US Law (or the laws governing the region where they operate). That's why EULA's from companies like EA have been proven to not hold up in court (e.g. a customer by law has a right to return any item that does not perform as advertised, otherwise that company can be sued by the FTC, among other things.

Who wins a fight between the US Government and a Company? :)
