Permanantly Banned

I was in queue and was assigned top. Someone dodged and the next game I get auto filled Bottom. I say that I am trash ADC and I might not do well. So a player on our team locks in Ashe and says "You're my Support now." I told her I was not going Support and I was going the role assigned. Once in the game continues to tell us to shut up and call us derogatory names. When in all chat I say Ashe was being toxic she flips out. She starts harassing me and Diana. We plan on reporting her but she retaliates and reports me. I didn't say a single curse word and I tried to play as Ashe went AFK and I had to fight Bot alone. But at the end of the game she reports me because I was "trolling" by going ADC (My role assigned). Shortly after I was treated with a nice permaban. Chat logs below:
