Attitude affects you and your teams ability to win games?

I used to get so mad when a teammate of mine would do something stupid in-game. I noticed after multiple games that it just made the game 10 times harder to win. I was high silver at this point it was just too stressful to play ranked if i was just going to rage at the actions of my team. I told myself i would just play the game the best that i can and if my team does something stupid i would just brush it off because i can't control the mouse and keyboard for them. As much as i want to flame them its just going to make them stubborn and not want to work together to win the game. It took me a while to not care but once i learned to just let it go i noticed i was winning a lot more. So i made a another account and applied my mentality to every game i played. I posted my op.gg so you can see.
