So i have this problem of not getting honor level at all. It feels like an impossible task to gather about 40 honors per checkpoint when you are an average player. I am usually supportive verbally in my games to get some more honor but i still get about 1 to 3 honors in 15 games and that is because i have performed exceptionally well in one of those 15 games.
i don't get why you guys are so fixated with honor level.. i reached lv4 and i only get small stuff like useless skins/wards/key fragments
Honors are not supposed to be given put based on gameplay. It ahpuld be given out based on behavior.
If you fwwl you aren't getting enough honors, then you need to change your behavior from a neutral stance to a positive stance and make yourself memorable.
That said, where did you get that 40 honors number from in regards of moving up a check point? That number alone doesn't move you up honors.
40 honors per checkpoint? LOL if thats all you'd need i'd be honor lv 20 by now. it took me almost 4 months of 4-6 games a day with i swear to god at least 2 honors each game, to reach honor lv 3.

now listen... there are not even 10 skins in the game that i want. so im fine with not having all of them. champs? i got some IP left (fuck blue essenze, its IP) ward skins - i got my favorite 2. a border for ranked? i dont really care.
i literally dont care if im honor lv 0 1 2 3 or 4. (i care about 5, i think the flair is ugly), yet i still want it to be easier to climb in honor lvs. why? idk maybe because every time i end a game i have to see the honor option. which is a good thing BUT I WANNA CLIMB TO 4! :/

Honestly, I don't think it's that hard to get honor, but that's just me. Don't be a jerk to your teammates and win with grace. Don't spam GGEZ, don't spam masteries when you kill someone, etc... Be sportsmanlike and you'll do fine. I'm almost at honor 5 and we're like 5 months away from the end of the season.
I measure it out at about a month and a half of gameplay per checkpoint
I predict we hit honor 5 in july
