So i got chat restricted for saying "not communicating ill leave" blah blah blah... that crap is not the point, so I want to be able to control my anger or my frustration and not put it on idiots or people who suck at the game.... so any help or any methods that i can try that might work? i tried taking a break from the game for a few days if anything the anger is still there, i tried doing other stuff to be at peace nothing works, so if anybody has any idea that would really help me... im honestly trying my hardest not to get banned or whatever and giving constructive criticism or help others get better but my anger doesnt get better and i feel like thats whats effecting me from getting to diamond or higher since i was plat before as support..... ill give you guys an example that pisses me the hell off; getting camped(instantly being camped every 2 seconds people trying to tilt me, if anything it just pisses me off not tilt as much), 2nd. people thinking that you are trash just because of one off game or one bad game here and there, 3rd. people on your team being disrespectful and rude and trying to make you tilt. A lot of the time im a very nice guy i try to accept people making mistakes or whatever the case may be, but then you get trolls and memers and then you get idiots, all i ask people in lobby or champ select is to communicate and ward and ping MIA and pay attention the map... you might say well best thing to do is just quit this game if it gives you this many problems.... but its not the game its the people playing.... so any help will truthfully be helpful. thank you. oh FYI i record all my games :D

Sometimes it's hard to interact with other players, simply because of how they choose to behave.

Sure, muting can help but honestly, I rarely mute simply because it can affect team play. It alleviates having to deal with players who want to be rude, negative or insulting, but at certain moments you could be missing actual information if they choose to try using the chat to work with the team or coordinate certain actions.

In the end, I often just try to channel the negativity of others into my own play. If I'm stuck in a game with people who are being rude to me, I stop using the chat and only work with pings. I can still see what they say, but I just never respond. Even if it's game-related, I'll use a ping or follow chat-based directions (for say, a baron attempt/steal). And I just focus on playing as best I can. I put my game face on, focus (try hard), and just make sure I don't make any risky moves or bad plays, while trying to work with what the rest of the team wants.

You don't necessary have to tune everything or everyone out, and frankly I doubt many people truly can. But I find that the less you respond to it, the better it seems. After all, nothing you can say to anyone who is being rude/toxic is going to change how they are behaving. So at that point it's usually best to just focus on playing the game at your highest level. It won't get you any more wins or prevent others from being rude to you, but at least you might not let it get you as worked up.

Most negative interactions are perpetuated through arguments in chat, so muting people before the situation escalates usually helps out a lot so that you can focus on the game. As soon as someone starts playing the blame game or insults a player for a mistake, I just mute them, and the rest of the game I can enjoy that much better.

You could impose measures on yourself so that you can't chat if you have to. This would be things like moving the chat window off the screen, editing the config file to shrink it down to nothing (changing the slider in the settings reverts this immediately), or using a hotkey program (such as any gaming keyboard would have) to remove/change your Enter key.

i got chat restricted for saying "not communicating ill leave"

It would've been way more than that. It's important that you understand what behavior actually resulted in your restriction, lest you be doomed to repeat it; I recommend posting your reform card so someone can go over it with you.

Mute them.
All of them.

The community is so toxic now, there is little hope of anyone being anything but a raging junkmonkey.
