If you read the summoners code by which you can be banned which is also part of the TOS being negative in itsself isnt against it. however the harassment you have shown to other players is.

It's understandable to be a little negative sometimes. However, when you are a consistent or severe problem, that is when you are punished and expected to improve your behavior. Regularly creating a negative experience for the other players is indeed a violation of the Terms of Use, otherwise there wouldn't be punishments for it;

I'm not a fan of the snowflake argument to begin with... but, are you sure you are using it properly? The majority of people don't want to be treated the way you treat them. You are part of the minority and insist Riot lets you do whatever you want to do. You are the special snowflake in this scenario.
