Saying "kys" one time, with no other previous infractions, is not enough to get to a permaban. What will happen? You'll get a 14 day suspension, from no warning. So what else was it you did in the past?
The only things that will escalate straight to permaban (from no warning) are confirmed scripting, chargebacks, proven DDoS attacks, and legitimate threats.
10 game chat restriction, 25 chat restriction, 14 day ban, Perma banned, You did not only say kys, paste the chat logs
