Perma Ban No email sent

Whenever I try to login I get a message saying: This account has been permanently suspended. Please check the email address associated with your League of Legends account for additional details. I never received an email I put in a support ticket but I don't want to wait a week for support to respond, I was hoping a rioter on the fourms could shead some light on the situation so I don't have to wait a week for support to respond and get this fixed.
