Well I was banned a few months back when I wasnt even the one on my account. I'm not sure if there is much to do about it to prove I wasnt on the account unless I could maybe get the person who was on to admit it I just don't know. I'd rather be muted indefinitely so stuff like spamming racial slurs in chat cant get my account perma banned. If I could get an unban or at least talk about it to someone that would be really great. Thank you.
Appeals must be done through a Support Ticket. However, you are responsible for the security of your account and will be liable for actions taken by other people on it, especially if you gave them access willingly. What can you tell me about how or why someone else was on your account?
Also, Riot doesn't do self or permanent muting. If you have trouble with being extremely toxic in chat, I suggest taking steps to not chat at all, such as disabling or rebinding your Enter key, muting all other players, or making the effort to just not use chat.

my personal advice for you is to never trust your friends with your social media or gaming accounts because a lot of them would probably think it's a funny joke to royally screw you over
