I don't understand why i got banned.

I wasn't toxic in game. like i dont even chat in the game. The last game i played on my account was 5 days ago. Yesterday i signed on to gift my friend something because i owed him money. i gifted him 4 mystery champions. One day later i get my account perma banned. And i didnt even get an email. I swear riot just bans people that buy Rp so they will make another account and try to spend more money. I know im not the only one considering quitting this game because of this terrible player behavior system. i know i got reported because my friends that i que with did report me in game because they think its funny. But that was 5 days ago and i was using the account yesterday. The ban would of been minutes after the game ended. I just dont get what i did wrong and now i can never get my account back because in the terms and conditions it says under no circumstances will they give an account back. Riot games is starting to turn into a bunch of crooks.

First off, if someone got banned why would they spend money on another account when they know that their behavior got them banned before?

Second, does it show chat logs when you try to sign in? It sounds like you got manually reviewed by someone, but it could be due to an account compromise. I would suggest openning a support ticket asking why you were banned.

It's possible that something happened when you bought the RP.

Sometimes the transaction will "fail", even though you got the rp. When that happens, they lock the account, which is not a perma ban. A lock is done for transaction issues and compromised accounts to prevent anymore problems or damage until everything is sorted out.

I'd like to note, though, that they may not respond until Monday or Tuesday due to it being the weekend. You'll unfortunately have to be patient.

This sounds like there was an error with your buy of RP, if you really were not toxic then this will be most likely the reason for your ban. Just contact the support, they will tell you to pay back your debt and unban your account. Transaction problems is one of the few things where Riot actually unbans people, so dw you will get it back

This is a common myth, but it is definitely a myth. Keeping long-time players happy and providing them with more content they'd enjoy is a better way to retain purchasing customers than banning them and hoping they re-buy content.

It sounds like there might be an error with your credit card or the transaction in question -- financial situations like that do earn an account lock, but it can usually be resolved by sending in a ticket to Riot Support, who will help you fix the problem.
