You're unlikely to climb out of Bronze if you play like that's where you belong. Read guides, watch high elo streams and pro matches, ask for advice. That will help you improve while blaming your team will not.

A quick glance at your match history shows when you play Support you almost don't ward at all. That is a major role of Supporting, and even when you aren't you still need to do what you can to light up the map. This allows you and your team to avoid ganks, initiate ganks, and take objectives without the enemy knowing or having time to react. A Support should be rushing a Sightstone and warding as much as possible, and everyone should try to get Pink wards down. I can't give a lot of advice outside of the Support role, but there are plenty here that can if you just ask.

You also die a lot. You aren't any use to your team dead, so try to be aware of fights you can't win and back off to minimize the loss (that does not mean abandon teamfights). Here is a guide to help do that; http://boards.oce.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-strategy/tBNPdREA-10-tips-to-reduce-your-death-count

TL;DR - Focus on improving yourself and you will climb. Focus on how your teammates lost the match and you'll never notice that you aren't any different.

The game isn't really broken.

Each season I joined ranked, I always ended my placements in mid to low Bronze.

By each season (due to classes and work, I don't play Ranked often enough than I would like to, though I would prefer playing with friends at this point), I always end up carrying myself out of Bronze and into low Silver.

I checked your records as well. Coming from a guy who places consistently into Bronze in the beginning and easily gets out of Bronze, I would say to focus more on your mistakes rather than your team. I was like that when I first started Ranked: I would blame my teammates for every single thing I did wrong. Then I stopped playing for a bit, asked my friend who was in plat to help me out, and then I learned.

First, to get it out there, please break up your sentences. The entire paragraph of text is one long run on sentence. No one is going to take a complaint seriously if you can't be bothered to break up your thought. To me, this is the equivalent of applying for a job by writing your resume in crayon. I don't care that this is the internet and no one writes sentences, if you want a company like Riot to read your complaint and take it seriously, be professional and explain yourself clearly.

You do make good points, but Riot can't control other players. Smurfs, flamers, and afk's suck, but there's really nothing you can do. The only part of the game that you have control over is yourself, so if you can carry the game, you'll get out of Bronze eventually. The biggest thing I see is that you lack consistency. You have games where you go 10/0, but then the next few games you are 4/10. Obviously if you are going from jungle to support, your stats are going to change, but if you are playing jungle a lot, I would expect that you'd start getting better at it. At least you are doing better at getting kills as jungle, but if you lower the number of times you die, you'll be a lot better.

I cant escape Bronze either, so what Imma do is push ranked games to my alt when its leveled, and just play normals/aram/special modes on this one more often

Right now, it doesn't look like you're playing to win honestly.

You've played 41 champions over the course of ~130 ranked games, or an average of 3-4 games per champion. That's not enough experience to "get good" at any one champion, much less to climb. The champions that you have put a bit more time into, like Master Yi, you're doing significantly better on.

My advice to you: Stop playing Ranked like it's Normals. Don't Fill, pick two roles and very few champions (3 or 4) and play them non-stop. When you get tired of playing the same champions, swap to Normals.
