ive been getting a lot of games where i paly support (i like support i like helping people and i like feeling needed as a soraka main) but ive been getting a lot of those games with rude adc's who consistently undermine me by calling me rude names and always blaming me for their shortcomings, i just got the notification ive gotten a 14 day suspension for fighting back against a premade group harassing me about their adc friend losing lane because i wasnt willing to help a vayne that was going to sit there and yell at me for her going into bad situations, so wtf is this crap? im not going to just let other players shit all over me, then get banned for it when they dont get a punishment for their behavior. id like to talk to someone about this bullshit please :)

First of all, if you wish to discuss your specific chat logs, you need to post them so we can help with that.

Second of all, there's a few reasons that "fighting back" and "defending myself" aren't excuses for toxicity. For one, you don't fight fire with fire. You call the fire department (i.e. report them to Riot at end game screen). For two, you have a mute button. If people are flaming you or being toxic towards you, you can literally halt that and never have to see what they say again for the rest of the game. For three, you aren't "defending yourself" as there's no harm that will come to you from not doing it, and further your "defense" won't actually stop them from trolling/flaming/etc.

I will say finally that you are on very thin ice right now. You did not heed the warning from your chat restriction, and you're now being given a final warning. Your next punishment will be permanent suspension of your account.

Yes, it is fair to penalized/punished you for "fighting back" because your other teammates who are not involved in the flaming not only have to deal with the flamers, but now have to deal with you "fighting back" as well.

When you choose to "fight back" in a bar fight, EVERYONE get arrested and charged...

I voted yes but

Fight back with actions not words, by actions I do not mean inting/afk btw, if they call you bad, do a good play
Mute them! Some people are just rude. There is no reason for you to deal with them, if you feel like these guys will only hinder your experience your best counter attack is to ignore them.
If you do want to talk to them, thank them for their great criticism. Most of the people are thrown off when their insults don't have the desirable effect

On a side note: I am a support main myself, I know about stupid adcs that get themselves in horrible situations and have them blame me for that, but you shouldn't let your teamate die because they overstepped a little

I mean if someone lit a fire and you walked over and just added more fire, it doesn't put the fire out.

I've been blamed for every lane losing at some point, even if I had nothing to do with their lane. I was playing ashe and my top, middle, and bottom were losing. I was with a four man premade and I was the solo player. I died twice and I was getting reported for feeding and every mistake they were going to report me. I just didn't say anything and I ended up carrying them, but I didn't flame back when they flamed me. They were all going to report me and they had the enemy team side with them. I didn't get chat restricted or a ban of any kind because I didn't buy into them trying to tilt me. It was simple to beat them at their own game with saying nothing and me taking them to a victory, which upon in post game I said you're welcome for the carry.

If you go back through my messages. I had a Soraka support tilt off planet earth because I got hit twice by a zyra root. He left bot lane and went middle to support them. We ended up losing obviously, but the point is some people are just straight up assholes and more so on league because they can act like animals.

You should find someone to duo with if you're finding it hard to support in solo que.
