Hi my name is Shawn, also go by Asphalt in-game...

My issue today is im confused why and how my account was permanently banned, and also how to appeal or get it fixed

so i havent been punished since March 2016, and i have had good behavior for 7+ months now and somehow my punishment went directly to a permanent ban somehow, and my account never dropped tiers for good behavior or anything (i thought it was every 3 months you drop a tier for good behavior) i've read over the reports and i noticed that literally i havent even said anything remotely close to being even like punishable kind of... the worst things i've said in the 3 reports shown (which i still havent gotten an email about it) was "you're a troll" and "you're toxic"

this is the main reason why im confused to the whole situation because originally on my last punishment i took it to heart and decided to change the way that i act and it was a wake up call to not being able to play the game that i love, can a Red please look into this, I would like to get back on my way to playing on the Rift, i've been a loyal dedicated person to Riot Games as a whole and have supported you guys fully since the VERY BEGINNING (i even purchased the original $30 bundle during betas)

thank you and hope to see you again on the Rift, Asphalt

Nobody here can help you with a wrongful ban, you'd need to contact support at the top of the page for that.

That said, if you didn't significantly improve your behavior, you wouldn't drop tiers. Feel free to post your chat logs and we can tell you what you did wrong.

what does it say when you attempt to log in? Rather, what year were you banned till, cos thats a ban code and will tell us what you were banned for.

Did you receive an email with your chat logs and reasoning for your ban? If not, open a ticket with player support. Sometimes they will permaban accounts that have a noticeable history of suspicious activity so that the owner of the account can reclaim it with minimal damage.

Whatever the reason, for more context on your ban, open a ticket.

I have a feeling you didn't drop any tiers because you weren't actually behaving well enough. Idk, unless you got a message from riot saying you've been improving? Idk if they do that. Also, I've heard the most used word by people who have been punished is "toxic" so it's just funny that you mention calling someone toxic. If you're accusing people of being toxic or being trolls in the chat, I have a feeling they banned you deliberately and it was not a mistake.

I could be wrong ofc, but incase you haven't thought of it, your account probably never went down any punishment tiers and you were being passive aggressive and participating in arguments with people in games. So while you didn't say anything terrible, it may be more the consistency negative chat behaviors. (Calling people toxic is never necessary, only used to provoke/insult... if you feel someone is being toxic, you are supposed to ignore, report, move on)
