Hey SHOGONO, I've edited out the player's name from your post, as reporting or shaming other players is not allowed on the boards per the Universal Rules. The best thing to do with players like this is to make sure you report them in the post-game lobby, and if you need to report someone outside of that you can submit a Support Ticket under the category I have a question > Game & Features > General Questions.

Nami, I think you should make a sticky with this information (if possible) because I see quite a lot of naming/shaming posts on here. It would probably save you the trouble of individually informing each person. Just a suggestion.

Working on it, we have a lot of stuff on our plate right now and we want to make sure we get this one out the best way possible. Most name & shame posts are first timers that may not have seen any of the rules.

You verbally harassed someone and accused them of being mentally handicapped several times - hopefully you understand this. I recommend you use the chat only for productive communication and exchanging information with your teammates for the future.

In that case, it's best to just report him in game and move on. Also, just mute someone if they're being too chatty in game and verbally harassing you, because that's the best way to avoid getting into an unproductive discussion with them.
