Hey SHOGONO, I've edited out the player's name from your post, as reporting or shaming other players is not allowed on the boards per the Universal Rules. The best thing to do with players like this is to make sure you report them in the post-game lobby, and if you need to report someone outside of that you can submit a Support Ticket under the category I have a question > Game & Features > General Questions.

You verbally harassed someone and accused them of being mentally handicapped several times - hopefully you understand this. I recommend you use the chat only for productive communication and exchanging information with your teammates for the future.
