I was banned for 3rd party when I didn't even use any hacks at all

Today I was informed that I was banned from my league of legends account IBeatBoxAtHome for use of malicious 3rd party programs. I have no idea why I was banned because the only 3rd party league programs I use are skin spotlights replay system to record my games and also a program called lolwiz which many pro players use on their streams. I am extremely upset as I had just started climbing again and I had made it to silver 5. I also don't see why I was reported in the first place seeing how my win rate is 49% unlike a scripters win rate which is insanely high while mine is low. I also had just bought a skin (dark star thresh) for my main champion Thresh. I am confused on why I got a 3rd party ban as those are the only things I have ever used and I have never given my account to anyone to boost or do anything of that nature. I have spent around a solid $160 on skins and I am at the point of tears right now.

Also I have all the replays from patch 6.12 as everything before 6.12 is corrupted.

Edit: pretty sure I know what the ban was for now I told our jungler to camp a zed because zed was in his promos I was able so see this because of lolwiz and I told the zed what I was doing in an attempt to tilt him and make him play worse I guess he reported me for it and aparently something pros use on their streams is illegal to use in my games which imo is bulls***.

Update: So far all I have gotten is a copy paste reply on my ticket so I asked some questions on the ticket and have emailed them. Hopefully all this can get sorted out.
