Game 1 look i am trying to become a better league player starting off by not being toxic and its hard for me because i like to express my self and if my team does something stupid i will get onto them but i here that just demoralizes them into doing very worse.i want to be better,im already improving because i just got in silver after hard work.(by the way if they read the chat logs why dont the include them into it as well because i was being yelled at during that match as well)anyways i know i screwed up and I SWEAR i will never be toxic again.But what makes me mad is what is thew point of this restriction?i just bought star guardian jinx than a chest and was hoping to pick up some key frags for it.i now realized that i was sent a letter as below,and nbow i question why am i like this,i swear i would never talk to another human being like this ever in my life.I really do try to be a better person and i feel ashamed of my self to see all this toxicity THEN IT SAID ONLY 5 PERCENT GET A A CHAT RESTRICTION and then thats when i realized that why am i so toxic.i always get mad real easy and i just cant figure out why.i always like to communicate with usually only my supp and jungle but if i get frustrated i end up taking my conversations to all chat.when i watch people like trick2g or nightblue i dont EVER see them use the chat box,and then it hit me "ima just turn off my all chat"but then i wont be able to see what people say about me.and yes i always try to mute if it comes to it,but i just keep on flamming people that come in my way and like iver said millions already i wanna be a beter person,i strive to be a better adc than all my friends.i just cant stop myself from being so stupid and making the wrong choice i was never like this before i reached b3,but as i kept going up i realized my self that i was just plain out mean.i never bothered thinking what its like in other peoples shoes about what i say,and i wish i could take back everything i said because some people that i talk about on here just either dont care or could be crying as they are playing PLEASE tell a better way to not be toxic is all im asking.i dont like being mean but i just cant hold it in and i swear that i try not to type =any thing unless i need to.please tell me a better way to be nicewr in league and not run my mouth

ok first thing you did wrong was give even a tenth of a shit as to what your team is doing. focus on your own game and if you can hard carry, fine, bask in the glory. if you can't, move to the next game. if you don't think you can win just turn it into a game you're messing around in, stall as long as you can when they try to push in and have a bit of a joke with the enemy team because they're probably having a better time than you and it can rub off to your side. second (shush that was one thing) is to have a playlist of your favorite songs playing at all times, points for obscure bands for that smug satisfaction of being the 1 of 3 people who know the song. third. have fun and blow off some steam every once in a while. seriously, look up stupid builds and take an ap on hit nami jungle into a few normies and spam that laugh, it becomes hilarious quickly. remember to mute your team members for maximum safety to your ears.

(edit) for strategies on actually WINNING? eh. make sure when you ping, you ping 3-4 times as well as a couple of the louder pings to get their attention, and do it a good while before you intend to to anything so you're sure either you know they aren't going to help or they know what you want from them.

mute everyone at the start of the game. and unbind your enter key while in game using autohotkey or other similar software. if you do not wish to consciously /mute all every game. you can edit your game file and set your chat scaling to -150

Point of the restriction is just to tell you to stop typing a whole novel every match. Just spam like 4-5 BMs a match with no cuss words then be quiet if you have to BM.

The best way to not be toxic is to not even allow yourself to start. Mute yourself. Use this.

You asked for help - I would consider this "help" of the best kind. It will train you not to respond to events in chat - because, while using it, you are blocked from typing. The "event-chat" cycle is broken and you will find yourself no longer triggering into chat on bad events in game.
