look riot ik over the past 2 years of your game i have had my ups and downs for chat banns and restirction but a perma ban is too far. the people i had to play with kept herasssing me and i have being ganged up on by 4 others and bc i cursed at them and said harmful things when they report me i get perma banned but ik nothing happened bc of my 1 report. i dont belive my account should be perma banned but i do deserve a 2week suspencision if u see this riot i wanna come back please let me come back to this amazing game.

Multiple reports have the same weight as a single report. You also were most likely not permabanned for a single game but for a consistent pattern of behavior (which it sounds like you know). Further, responding to toxicity with toxicity of your own is not a valid way of handling the situation.

You can email [email protected] if you think your account was honestly banned by mistake. But they rarely drop a punishment tier once it's been executed.

The best thing you can do is realize that you do have a problem being toxic and try to change your behavior so future accounts of yours are not banned.

If the game is that amazing, you won't have too many problems making a new account and getting through the prior-banned toxic players, smurfs, and possibly account bots in the process of leveling up.

It sucks, but it's either that or you quit the game. You don't really get a 'good' choice, so you have to decide which is the lesser of two evils.
