This is true, although your number is wrong. It's closer to 99.999%, because they only unban people when the punishment is made in error (Ignoring security bans they place on you for suspicious activity).

While this is technically true, it's not actually. They can remove you from the service for a reason that does not fall within the letter of the EULA/ToS, but this is a clause included by literally every dev with three brain cells ever, because assholes will always find a loophole if you leave any possibility of one.

However, within my knowledge, Riot has never issued a ban that was outside the spirit of the EULA. They cannot actually start banning people who don't actually do something wrong simply because it'd fuck over their business.

They always give an explanation. They refuse to do into depth if it's about cheating or something else, and they don't write out the entire filter, but that's simply to prevent people from gaming the system.

If a ban is actually in error, you can submit a ticket. However, your "explanation" of "they started it!" is irrelevant, as it's within basically everything they've ever said that you're responsible for your own actions, not your team.

ToS is a business model thing, not a gaming community thing.

Games are sold by businesses. As much as you think of it as part of the community, the community is part of the game, and the game is owned by a company, so even by your logic it's still fine.

Also lmao what. Why would a MMO or MOBA not have a set of rules you have to follow? People would just troll and int and fuck you over. And every game has a basic ToS that has their basic legal protections.

Don't like it? Don't play any game ever again, then.

also that your suppose to be 13+ or have parents permission to play but im positive 10s of thousands dont and are under 13 and play the game and riot does not even try to enforce that.

Because that's literally impossible to enforce. They're not going to manually review every account ever made and require photo ID to play. That'd be outright ridiculous. Even porn companies aren't that strict!

Besides, it's only 13+ because of inane regulations by the ESRB or whatever equivalent is in your country.

But cleavage for days cause shex sells is more important then to be a good "company".
