So hypothetically, say that i got a 14 day suspension, can it be lifted? and if so how?

It will not be lifted unless it was applied in error. If you think it was applied in error, you can contact Player Support. Otherwise, the only way to get it lifted is to wait two weeks.
If it was issued in error because of some mistake by the system, sure. You can contact support through a support ticket.
Yeah 99% of the time they wont unbann you or un-suspend your account because in ToS they can bann you for no reason and not give you a explanation which covers them if they do wrongly bann you, you cant do nothing anyway.. ToS is a business model thing, not a gaming community thing. also that your suppose to be 13+ or have parents permission to play but im positive 10s of thousands dont and are under 13 and play the game and riot does not even try to enforce that.. But cleavage for days cause shex sells is more important then to be a good "company".
