Names, People! Names!

More than once recently I've come across summoner names that if one were to type the name in chat it'd most likely be a bannable offense. So are these people becoming more numerous and creative or is rito slacking in their management of these names?

Its also sad to know that reporting these names don't have any effect since I've logged on 3x since then and there hasn't been the instant report feed back popup.

I just checked op.gg and they did change their name but lets say it was the bannable f word with repetitive vowels and 4g's.
