Dodging single queues should not be punished.

First off, i want to say that frequent dodging should definitely be punished. Frequent dodging is annoying and can easily effect the win-rate of players by allowing people to just dodge if there champ is banned instead of dealing with it. Now that that is out the way, dodging one out of ten, maybe fifteen queues should not be punished. A lot of the times toxic teammates will ban your champ if you say the wrong thing in chat, or if they think that the champ you want to play is bad. If a teammate is going to ban your champ in champ select then i feel like they would more likely be toxic in game, and obviously avoiding toxicity when possible is great. Also, if someone says they are going to troll or is obviously going to then you should be able to dodge without any punishment.

I agree, I'be played with instalockers in blind pick or people who steal roles too. It's unfair I'm getting punished because I don't want to play with a zed support or a sona top.

I definitely think they should track histories of dodging like other behavior for punishments instead of reset dodge penalties every day. That said, 1 in 10 is WAY too much to say is ok. Maybe more like 1 in 100.
