Low Priority after leaving 1 ranked?

I just started getting back into League and have been spamming ranked. After a while, one of the games I started I began to not feel good. It became so bad that I left the game, and my team got a remake. Why am I in low priority after just one ranked abandon? Is this normal?

Before your break did you have a history of afking or leaving games?

Same for me 1 leave for ranked 2 for norms. I think that's how it supposed to work.
