You guys know for reasons they permaban?

Hey guys, I've been on here quite a bit and seen other people saying "OMG RIOT WHY YOU BAN ME" and they usually end up toxic..but this is a serious question. My account was permanently suspended and I have 0 clue why. I don't speak in chat, I've never received messages saying that my toxic behavior is being reported, and don't they usually go for days or week bans before going straight 100% permaban? I'm wondering what else they could be banning me for?

They also didn't send me an email like they claim to have ( I checked my junk folder too)

I'm not a booster nor have I been boosted, I am the only person to ever log onto my account. Currently waiting on a response from the support ticket, but bored in the meantime and looking for any faster answers than riot themselves.

Your account could've been compromised, could've been a chargeback, maybe you really did do something wrong, could be a mistake. Make sure your email is verified by going to your account on the top right of this page and going to Settings too, and give it time for the email to be sent.

there are 4 possible answers

  1. scripts/3rd party
  2. account locked due to security reasons
  3. chargeback
  4. being mistaken for someone named Pianoman7II7 instead of 7117

yep its verified, also I don't think its chargeback because I haven't put RP into this game in almost a year, been playing since season 2 and never had any problems

Also I'm not sure about compromised, because I feel like the person would've changed my password, but I can still log in through the forums with my password
