Account perma suspended using 3rd party software, when i havent even played league all summer

so i come back from a break all summer and i see my account is perma banned because someone got on my account and used 3rd party software or whatever it is. ive played league for years now but in allot of my hard earned money, never once have i ever used anything of that sort at all. i dont use any sort of program to change anything. ive tried submitting a ticket but all ive gotten back was bullshit auto responses. there has to be a way to prove it wasnt me since it wasnt! please riot im just looking for help here, cause it just seems like you guys dont give a shit about your players at all!

did you give a freind or relativ the account that may have had some programs on his pc? or did you use skin software?

I got permad for the use of scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party programs when I literally have a fresh computer with only league, a few other games, discord, skype, spotify and google downloaded. Really frusterated with riot cuz I got the same bs response you did.. I know someone else who says this happened to them as well ( I didnt really believe them, but now that its happened to me I do ). To think ive held back all of my toxic comments just to get banned like this rip.
