Is anyone surprised by this level of Riot hypocrisy?

Hello there,

This account was escalated to the highest level of punishment due to how extreme the behavior was on it. We have a zero tolerance policy for hate speech of any kind which includes the usage of both racist and homophobic slurs. We feel players do not need warnings to know this type of behavior isn't acceptable, which is why our punishments for it are so harsh.

Sorry, but we will not be adjusting this ban.

You have to realize that if only one person reports someone, it literally does nothing. They have to have multiple reports across multiple games for it to make a difference (Or if I'm understanding it correctly, a majority vote of reports in a single game) before it's reviewed. So you reporting one person every game through the end of time will do nothing if no one else reports the same person during those games and/or following games.

This is kind of like being mad at getting a speeding ticket because you weren't the only one speeding.

Yeah, other people break the rules, too. They should be punished as well. Does that make your punishment any less deserving? Absolutely not.

so this is what was said to me after i called another player in game a "%%%". And my account was perm banned( not this account ) with no prior punishment, and so im on my new account, and in almost every game some one calls some one a "%%%" mulitple times in game, i report them every single time, and can you believe, not a damn thing happens.
