Bring Tribunal back

So Riot, when is tribunal system coming back. I'm really sad I've never got the chance to use it and help other players. Do you not need it anymore?

They implemented a automated system. the tribunal wasnt efficient enough for the number of cases.

Tribunal didn't work so why would it be brought back?

It was kind of fun to do, and I would be interested in knowing if it is coming back as well.
