A remake is still not enough. This is NA, okay? Let's make one thing clear, not all of us live with 5 star internet. My wifi/computer crashes sometimes. Not my fault. Not anyones fault, but when I get a 20 minute leaver buster for something so frivolous and unpredictable it is RIOT's fault. And I have to wait 20 minutes to play 1 game x5 ... That is really uncalled for. I didn't consistently call someone names or just disconnect because of "rage". If my internet completely cuts out on me and I return to league client to find that I have to wait (and I know I keep saying it) 20 minutes. It makes me ask why? Why do I get such a harsh penalty for something I have no control over? And because my computer has died on me so many times this week I have had 3 of these 20 minute per 5 game penalties in just a week. I have completed 2 and after playing 3-4 games after I served my 20 minute x10 penalties my computer died on me and I recieved yet another 20 minute penalty. So please, lower the amount of games anyone recieves the penalty to atleast 2 (instead of 5), or reduce the 20 minute penalty to 10 or 12minutes. I understand why RIOT has these penalties, and I respect them, but for the sake of those like me who do not deserve the penalty and abide by the RIOT policies and conditions make this change or figure something else out for the fellow players such as myself. The players can be reasonable about the penalties as long as the game is too. Thank you for reading. Mighty, out.

Leaverbuster was not built just for those who intentionally leave a match, it's also for those who are having frequently computer problems. Players with frequent problems like the ones you're having are an intended target of Leaverbuster as they are just as much as a problem as intentional leavers.

While it may not necessarily be your fault if your computer or internet crashes, it is your fault that you continue to queue up for matches without fixing whatever the problem is. You shouldn't just continue to queue up for matches and hope that nothing goes wrong.

It is entirely your responsibility that you have the proper equipment to stay connected for the entire match. If something on your end (computer/wifi crashing) is causing you to disconnect frequently enough to trigger multiple LPQ punishments, then it's up to you to fix it, not Riot. If for whatever reason you are unable to fix the problem, such as not having enough time and/or money, then I hate to say, but it might be better if you take a break from League until you can, and in the meantime you can play a game that doesn't require as much commitment.

It is not riots fault if your PC crashes or your WiFi goes out (don't use WiFi, connect with an Ethernet cord.) Just suck it up and deal with it. Your PC or your internet ruined the game for 9 others. I have had this happen maybe 3-4 times myself, but you know what i do? I wait it out cause ohh well, riot can not tell if you lose power, you may have just unplugged your pc/router for all we know.

Leaver buster doesn't happen after 1 game, it takes a few leaves. You actually are at fault for playing the game on a bad system/connection You can control those aspects

If game server crashes riot is at fault, if you crash... Whose fault?
