Riot

First I want to make it clear I am not banned, have not been banned, and probably will never be banned, and if I do well it will probably be for putting up for my self.

I want to address the problem of people getting wrongly banned.

I have seen multiple times where someone is toxic and will directly pick on people in game to the point that they will PROTECT themselves and fight back. I have also seen the person trolling make physical threats such as "I will break your fingers", and Instead of the person that is toxic and obviously starting drama/shit talking/whatever getting banned, the person putting up for themselves WILL. How is this fair? How is this just? Does the support team need more training? Or maybe the fact is riot just needs competent employees.

I just don't understand how Riot can not see someone named "Itriggeryouhaha" for example, as maybe someone that likes to troll people so they get banned. Maybe Riot is offshoring their support to raise up that bottom end ehhhhhh? Either way I find it rather disgusting that not only is Riot pushing a agenda that goes directly against our first amendment, but they are doing a terrible job at it. Not everyone is tyler1, just there to be your little pawn to throw around while you make free advertising and money from it. Most of these people play this game and buy your useless digital content. They don't have to. No one has to buy your shit riot, and if they so decide your fan base could ostracize your little cash cow with a drop of a dime.

So then. Let's address the counter arguments I know you idiots will argue to have your two cents.

"Just ignore them". Well shouldn't the troll that came to riot to complain should of done that originally. With no one to hear and no one to talk to the troll would fail at it's objective. No, riot would rather personal army these idiots.

"Just report them". Funny you say that because people do and they don't get banned, because they are just smart enough (and it doesn't require that high of an IQ) to play Riot's useless system so they are just under the threshold to not get banned. They sure will troll people to the point that they get mad enough too though. ORRRRRR they buy multiple accounts and don't give a shit and either does Riot because they are making MONEY.

Why don't you just remove this foster care bullshit from your TOS riot. It does absolutely nothing to the game except give trolls an army to play with. If you are serious about removing toxicity from the game a starting point would be to remove these absolutely ridiculous chat restrictions. With no one to complain to and no one to blame ignoring will be the most useful and productive thing you can do. It is not Riot's responsibility to parent the children that do play this game it is the parents of these children. You have swear word restrictions, you have ignore feature. So please tell me how #@@$ $@$@$ offends someone and then maybe we can have a conversation.

This isn't solving the toxicity problem because the person that is originally and probably always toxic isn't getting banned, but instead kind of working as a asset for riot to get people banned, to buy more riot shit. It's a never ending Riot ouroborus, that is always doing one thing. Making riot MORE MONEY. I have one account and I will most likely never have more. I'm pretty sure that's the majority, but why don't you make a 400k art budget cgi video with voice actors to prove me wrong RIOT. I have seen first hand how you handle snowflakes that blame everyone else but themselves. That whine and swear until they get their way and you give it to them all the time Riot. You play their cards and you back them up. Let's be real here the people aren't the problem. RIOT and it's PC culture is.

How are they protecting themselves? What words can you possibly say to someone flaming you that prevent them from further muting you and never make it worse 100% of the time. I can only thing of one. /mute @flamer

that goes directly against our first amendment

sarcasm: I didn't know that Riot was also Congress.

If you want to reference a document to support an argument, it's really really really really really a good idea to read it first.

I really don't understand this "Rito bans to make more money" crackpot theory. If I get banned from a game, I'm probably not going to invest anymore money into it. Chances are I know my champs and can get them for free via blue essence. Not like I have to experiment with different ones.

Sadly the First amendment doesn't apply, not to mention that Riot operates for clients outside of the USA

they will PROTECT themselves and fight back

If you had a means to completely eliminate the danger of a physical confrontation, would you use it? If you could have someone come up to you, threatening you, possibly harming you, and you could solve the problem by ignoring them and walking away, would you do it? or would you "protect yourself" by engaging in the altercation?

That is exactly the choice someone has in choosing to muting an aggressor, or choosing to retaliate. If there were no mute button, I could sympathize with the victim being punished. But that's not how it is. There is a mute button. It does remove all danger from the situation. The only thing retaliation serves is to make someone feel better.

Here you are complaining about why you have to cater to someone else's feelings, while also defending those who are doing something for the sole purpose of making themselves feel better. That is quite a conflicting set of views you have there.

This "I want to protect myself by flaming back" is such a ridiculous argument.

Also, /mute all.
