Hello,

I got my account permanently banned because i was flaming only trollers,afk, and flaming back to flamers. I respect your decision.

My questions are:

Why don't players that troll,afk,intentionally feed get permanently banned and those who flame them do?That can be considered racism.Please do consider this.

I've been putting a lot of money in that account and i don't think that the right thing to do is to permanently ban it because it is also my possesion not yours entirely. If you think i'm a flamer, permanently mute me, but don't ban my account permanently.

I got banned and i still got ~2500 rp on my account and these are my money. How is it possible that you ban my acces to my money .I understand that you ban acces to playing games but i want to be able to use my money. That is real money and i consider that a thief.

I'm looking forward for your answer.

Paying players are treated EXACTLY the same as non-paying players. Don't believe me? Here's a section from the Tribunal FAQ (written by Lyte): that talks about this:

Do paying players get leniency? Paying customers are treated exactly the same as non-paying customers by the Tribunal.

Riot has stated repeatedly that retaliation is never okay. You can defend yourself so long as it's done in a respectful manner (i.e. not with flaming/raging and insults and the like). If someone is bothering you then just mute and report them after the game. The moment you start retaliating against a troll you force your teammates to deal with at least two jerks now: the original and you. By not retaliating against them you ensure that only they get punished instead of both you and them.
You aren't punished for just one game (unless it's extreme enough to warrant such a punishment). No, you were punished because you consistently displayed negativity and toxicity throughout multiple games. Reform Cards at this time show only one game that you got valid reported in, but in order to receive one you have to have been reported in countless other games.
Since you got a permanent ban that means that you ignored the warnings that the chat restrictions and the 14-day ban were meant to give you there. This is Riot telling you that because you refused to reform and change your behavior for the better you are no longer deserve to play their game. If you want to make a second account you can, but just note that Riot has ways of tracking people's smurfs so don't expect to get off Scott-free if you act on your second account like you did on your first account (assuming you make a second account that is).

I know that their behavior does not excuse my own. I'm here to write my point of view not to try to get my account unbanned.I just hope that riot will spend more time&resources on taking care of trollers/afkers/feeders. Cause basically all they do is check the chat logs and mute/perma ban people and check the history and damage dealt. If they could put IN-GAME reports like the cs:go for example and when a player recieves a report you can go see exactly the part of the match precisely linked to his behavior.

The only thing i want is that RP because it is not normal to get banned also to your money.

On a note unrelated to your point or any of the other discussions at play here, this is not true.

Your account - and all things relating to it, including RP, skins, champs, etc. - are the exclusive property of Riot Games, per their Terms of Use. See part IV - B, notably the following (capslock Riot's, bold emphasis mine):

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY HEREIN, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU SHALL HAVE NO OWNERSHIP OR OTHER PROPERTY INTEREST IN YOUR ACCOUNT, AND YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL RIGHTS IN AND TO THE ACCOUNT ARE AND SHALL FOREVER BE OWNED BY AND INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF RIOT GAMES.
