Hello,

I got my account permanently banned because i was flaming only trollers,afk, and flaming back to flamers. I respect your decision.

My questions are:

Why don't players that troll,afk,intentionally feed get permanently banned and those who flame them do?That can be considered racism.Please do consider this.

I've been putting a lot of money in that account and i don't think that the right thing to do is to permanently ban it because it is also my possesion not yours entirely. If you think i'm a flamer, permanently mute me, but don't ban my account permanently.

I got banned and i still got ~2500 rp on my account and these are my money. How is it possible that you ban my acces to my money .I understand that you ban acces to playing games but i want to be able to use my money. That is real money and i consider that a thief.

I'm looking forward for your answer.

Paying players are treated EXACTLY the same as non-paying players. Don't believe me? Here's a section from the Tribunal FAQ (written by Lyte): that talks about this:

Do paying players get leniency? Paying customers are treated exactly the same as non-paying customers by the Tribunal.

Riot has stated repeatedly that retaliation is never okay. You can defend yourself so long as it's done in a respectful manner (i.e. not with flaming/raging and insults and the like). If someone is bothering you then just mute and report them after the game. The moment you start retaliating against a troll you force your teammates to deal with at least two jerks now: the original and you. By not retaliating against them you ensure that only they get punished instead of both you and them.
You aren't punished for just one game (unless it's extreme enough to warrant such a punishment). No, you were punished because you consistently displayed negativity and toxicity throughout multiple games. Reform Cards at this time show only one game that you got valid reported in, but in order to receive one you have to have been reported in countless other games.
Since you got a permanent ban that means that you ignored the warnings that the chat restrictions and the 14-day ban were meant to give you there. This is Riot telling you that because you refused to reform and change your behavior for the better you are no longer deserve to play their game. If you want to make a second account you can, but just note that Riot has ways of tracking people's smurfs so don't expect to get off Scott-free if you act on your second account like you did on your first account (assuming you make a second account that is).

Yes, i had a 14 days ban in september. I cannot shut up and not flame players who ruin games and destroy league of legends community. And yet i'm the one who gets perma banned

Yes i have the logs when i try to log in. But the games weren't recorded so proof that those guys were trolling/afk/flaming back is zero..

I don't think anyone is disputing that they were doing those things. Their behavior does not excuse your own.

I know that their behavior does not excuse my own. I'm here to write my point of view not to try to get my account unbanned.I just hope that riot will spend more time&resources on taking care of trollers/afkers/feeders. Cause basically all they do is check the chat logs and mute/perma ban people and check the history and damage dealt. If they could put IN-GAME reports like the cs:go for example and when a player recieves a report you can go see exactly the part of the match precisely linked to his behavior.

The only thing i want is that RP because it is not normal to get banned also to your money.

You should post your logs, or the link to your logs, and you won't be getting that RP or money back.

Sorry, got a bit distracted going through the replies.

Intentional feeder detection has gotten a ton of attention lately. Trolling is just a complicated beast. It makes putting resources towards it extremely ineffective. A lot of trolling is just doing things that are normally fine at inappropriate times.

As for the money, that's how it goes. You agreed to the terms when you signed up.

Wow, really? You're not allowed to flame anybody, especially trolls. Riot's automated system takes a look at YOUR direct chat log, and nothing else. Circumstances don't matter. As for the OP, Riot doesn't want "toxic" people in the game, however justified they may be. System working as intended.

No, what I'm saying is I do that too against the toxic of the toxic, but I have never gotten a single ban, restrictions or even a warning, so I just find it really hard to believe that he has ONLY gotten to permaban just by doing that.

Then you're lucky. I got a suspension at one point for arguing with a troll and his cohort. One game. Literally. I e-mailed about it and they confirmed that it was because of just one game. That's all it took. Could have been a permaban too. The robot decided on 14-days though.

Not really, I just don't flame people who do poorly like you do, but act like you don't because I don't believe that, and you don't get bans from one game unless it is incredibly extreme, like homophobic slurs and death threats and racial insults extreme.

You couldn't be more WRONG. You're exactly the reason I decided to start posting on these boards. I thought exactly like you did, because that makes sense. But that's not the case. I got a 14-day suspension for ONE game (rioter-confirmed that it was just that one game that triggered it through the automated system), where I got into a heated cuss-fest between myself, a troll, and the troll's friend. Troll ended the game with a 4% kill participation. He'd spam taunt anytime I got near him. He'd take my cs (he was a support), he stole the red buff from me, and he wouldn't listen. He kept being super-over-aggressive which may have been a legitimate mistake at first, but once I told him to stop doing it he started legit trolling me. His friend was 0/0/0 20 mins into the game as a jungler and cussed me out for leaving the troll lane. I never said any hate speech. No racism, sexism, homophobia, nothing like that. I think I called him a dumbass a few times and a c_nt once. Apparently that's 14-day ban worthy. And they were saying just as bad of things to me.

I know you'd like to believe that Riot's behavior policy is reasonable, and that it actually takes the player into consideration, but it doesn't. I think it used to--with the Tribunal--but this automated system only sees what you said in a game. It doesn't see anything else. It doesn't care about anything else. It's merciless. Riot doesn't know how to handle all of the toxicity so they made an automated system that only sees things in "black-and-white". It's there to eliminate people from the game. The days of Riot's goal being 'reform' are over.

You are using your supposed one game inst 14-day ban and lack of substantial evidence, to claim that you have the knowledge to judge Riot's system for bans or reports. It's a Forum post, why are you trying to win an argument where only the facts can help you and not assumptions.

You're exactly the type that will cry about how many trolls there are in this game but then you go ahead and defend them. Actually it is. Not only was it your choice to spend money on this product but it was also your choice to use the product to harass and be a verbally abusive jerk to others. Riot, as the owners of the company and the product, reserves the right to punish you without issuing a refund.

If you want to talk about a refund then you should take it up with Riot Support via a Support Ticket. Just note that it's highly unlikely that you would get a refund just because you got banned for being a jerk.

Your account - and all things relating to it, including RP, skins, champs, etc. - are the exclusive property of Riot Games, per their Terms of Use. See part IV - B, notably the following (capslock Riot's, bold emphasis mine):
