Hello RIOT, my account tmaster1150 has been perma banned about a year ago and just reflecting on it now i would like to know why and if theres any way i can get my account back because i spent alot of money on this account if it is not possible can you allow me to get a refund of some kind ?

No, Riot only unbans accounts if the system banned them erroneously. Justly banned accounts are banned permanently.

Do you get what "permanent" means? And why would they give you a refund when you didn't own anything in the first place?
