Last year, I played a couple games on Christmas and they all had toxic players in them. I thought it was just coincidence.
This year, I have played two games so far, and both games had extremely toxic players. Only assumption I can make is that people who play during the Holidays are unusually bitter.
Is this normal? Has anyone noticed this trend as well? I don't understand how players can be so toxic on a day like Christmas.
Because parents don't raise their children properly anymore. Almost everyone is a jerk these days, even when they claim not to me.
Because of depression.
Sometimes people never wish them a Merry Christmas.
No friends.
Not invited to parties.
All they have left is League to cope with their problems in Christmas.
However, thhat doesnt work out.
They get bitter. Angry. Wonder why the world is against them.
There, they lash out on all of you guys as they suffer.
That's why they are toxic. There are those who are in need of love and care but never received any. :(
You aren’t alone. Pretty much every match I played last night I encountered toxic players on both teams, which isn’t the norm.
The type of people who are more likely to be with friends and family on Christmas instead of on an online game tend to also be the nicer people in game.
I mean you gotta be pretty down as it is to play League during Christmas. I'm about to start playing but it's 7 PM now, nothing else to do really.
Maybe they only got socks for christmas
Met alot of toxic and cocky players just becos its only AURF. Spamming OP champions to win sure looks very skillful.
People that play league on Christmas day are quite likely to not have family to visit and are lonely. I kind of feel sorry for them.

They're probably pissed that their parents didn't get them exactly what they wanted for christmas.
