Receiving a 14 day ban is a strong punishment. It is the last straw before one's account can receive a permanent ban. Riot is definitely not playing around anymore. Consider the chat restrictions as warnings for a graver punishment if one does not heed to the summoner's code of ethics. Another consequence of the 14 day ban is that one's honor level regardless of one's current level will automatically be set to dishonorable.

Now many players who have received the 14 day ban and are trying their best to be on track to follow the summoner's code are wondering how do they get back to being honorable. A friend of mine who is very toxic and sadly has many accounts banned is very knowledgeable about this very specific topic.
