So on 1/4/2017 I was playing league of legends just fine and I lost a couple of games in a row so I stopped playing. Next day (1/5/2017) I get suspended and I need help to explain that when I tried to get help to change my email a long time ago that I was never helped. so the warnings that were "sent" never got to me or else I would have stopped doing whatever it was I was doing.
If this is totally out of the blue and you have no previous punishments, maybe it's a security issue. Definitely submit a support ticket ASAP to get help with handling it.
Go to the support tab...no one on the forums has that kind of information.
They don't just email you warnings. You're told why you're banned in client. Anyways, you don't need to do anything major to be permabanned, you just have to get enough punishments to the point where you surpass a 14 day ban. It's not like you get a 14 day ban for something but to be permabanned you need to do even more. Even simply doing the same exact thing that got you 14 days will get you perma'd if your other punishments weren't enough.
I know you don't want to hear this but you, like anyone ever permabanned over gameplay and interaction matters, deserved it.
