I was falsely banned for MMR Boosting on my level 19 account

Ok so, first i'll start off by saying this happened around a year ago, but I recently came back to league and this was one of the accounts I had a lot of champions and skins on, so I really would like to get it back instead of starting all over. So, I got banned for MMR boosting on my lvl 19 account, "QQQ1035716423". Now, some of you may already be reacting like, isn't that a username elo boosters would use? And yes, now I understand that it is. However, at the time when I chose that username, I didn't know it was an elo booster name. Basically, this account was a riven smurf account I made. It had a few usernames before this one, and the reason why I changed it to this is because there was a high challenger riven one trick with a similar name. Did i know it was an elo boosting account? or related to it? not at all. I copied a similar name because my account was going to be a riven only account. Later on, I got banned for MMR boosting. How else can someone get banned for MMR boosting before even hitting level 30? I had to of been banned for my username. This means that it was false right? It can't be a rightful ban. Please, someone help me out, or if you work for riot, please look into this. I just submitted a ticket a few moments ago as well. Thanks.

Sadly, after reviewing your account myself, I'll have to say that the suspension was justified and will have to remain. Our findings show that a third party played ranked games on your account, raising its ranking and MMR to a level you did not earn on your own. Due to your involvement with MMR boosting, a permanent suspension has been issued to your account and will remain indefinitely.

As you can see, they claim that a third party played ranked games on my account, raising its rank/MMR. However, I am clearly a level 19. Which means ranked isn't even available. This further proves my point. Is there anything else I can do at this point. They seem to be very confident about this...
