Hi all,Yesterday i was permanently banned coz i was toxic, because u know the situation bad habits maybe or players feeding all the time i was aggressive with them, my bad!!! i understand the situation and the ban, i think its ok!, the point here is:

What happens with my skins? What happens with my riot points spent?

U know in my account - in ur game the skins are mine i bought those skins so u banned me unilaterally, i cant even open the client, so the thing is: i want my money back. its fair u know i spent that money so why i cant have access to them? if u see this is ilegal and unfair , i bought something and you will not let me access it! i only want to get access to something that i bought. Now many of you will tell me that I have accepted the terms when I created the account and therefore I must accept anything !, i mean anything!!!!!, be banned unilaterally for i dont know because it is a policy, a misguided, unhelpful policy.

I think your ban system is wrong banning unilaterally players without even having an opportunity to respond or defend is totally absurd (not the previous messages).

So you allow us to spend money on your game right? but then we are permanently banned and that's it? we give a shit your account, your money spent, YOU!

Who decides this? what are the actions to stop being banned? you gave me a message but no what i can do to solve this, just banned forever? how unfair I can not believe this.

Many of you will say that it is fair and I am a troll, please do not comment this!!!! I also agree with my ban, now they are going to appear a lot of idiots commenting that I am trash (that is being toxic i know there will be people saying: you are well banned trash (trash very common word in this server).

I simply do this post for someone to help me with my problem or give me a definitive answer, hear to say that the ban can not be deleted and your account will be deleted or it is possible and you will have to wait a certain period of time, I do not know! , I just want to avoid that some misunderstandings comments in this post!!! something that is not under discussion!!!! and that would not add much less solve my problem.

So finally,

What are the corrective actions to eliminate the ban? Is it possible to get my money spent again? or is just a GG! for me. REKT

After an account is permanently banned that account, and all content on it, is lost, along with the money invested in the account.

As is common for virtual goods, you pay for the ability to access that content on the platform. If you lose access to the platform (whether the server closes, you violate a company policy, etc.) you also lose access to the content in question. It is 100% legal, very common with companies that have server-based virtual goods, and something you agreed to every time you purchased content.

Additionally, Riot never unbans accounts unless the ban was applied in error.

According to Riot's terms (and I am paraphrasing here), you pay for access to those skins, NOT for ownership of those skins.

Once you violated the terms, you forfeited your right to access anything in the game. Someone made a good post about this the other day. If I can find it, I will link it.

You didnt buy skins, you unlock ability to use them. You dont own anything in this game. Simple: If you get perma ban, you lose access to everything on account, you wont get money back, you wont get account back. All you can do is make new account and start over or move to another game.
