So, Instant Perma-Ban.....

First and foremost, I wish I could paste the whole chat, so you could see the adc egging me on... But I do understand that calling someone an autistic fuck isn't nice, but it also isn't nice having someone ruin your game experience in ranked. I used to /muteall, but how can I play ranked if I can't communicate? Either way, I've played this game for 8+ years, on the same account the entire time. I took some breaks due to military stuff and what not. WAAAAY back in the day I had a 3 day ban because "someone knew someone from riot" and I talked mad smack about him not knowing someone, and then ban.... fast forward to the present day, and after taking a break, I played an aram and of course the toxic community of league got to me, and i really dont remember what I said, but I'm sure I deserved some kind of punishment cough chat restriction cough but I immediately got a 14 day ban. Now fast forward to this morning, and there wasnt a single racial slur, harm yourself, or any kind of stuff like that said, and what happens?? INSTANT BANNED BY THE ALL LOVING RIOT WHO LOVES THEIR CUSTOMERS SO MUCH. What peeves me the most is that "Bans will not be lowered" but yet people like tyler1 get "unbanned".... Im trying not to be bitter about it, but the amount of time and money I have spent on this game is unreal, only to be perma-banned without any kind of chat restriction or any kind of reform punishment stuff, just instantly escalated to 2 week & Perma-banned. For 8+ years of playing, i'd say ive been pretty non-toxic since i've never had a chat restriction, and the one legit time before now that I let someone get to me is the ONLY time I've gotten in trouble and deserved it. I just don't understand how I can be instantly 2-week banned, then after being "good" for a few months, Instant Perma-banned, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE PEOPLE I REPORT WHO TELL ME TO KILL MYSELF OR W/E ARE STILL PLAYING, AND THE PEOPLE IN THE BELOW GAME WITH ME DONT GET PUNISHED AT ALL......

You spend the entire game verbally abusing and harassing other players. While it would normally earn you a chat restriction there are some things that escalate it further past that:

bullgodz: you are retarded bullgodz: you are dumb af bullgodz: you are fucking retarded bullgodz: muted that autistic fuck

Things like hate speech, racist comments (displayed here) and death wishes fall under the zero-tolerance policy and thus escalate it to a 2-week ban instead of a chat restriction. Why? Because you shouldn't need a warning to know that it's unacceptable period. As for why it was escalated to a permanent ban instead of a 2-week ban I can't say, but my guess would be for the multiple instances of racist comments.

In the future remember that someone else behaving poorly will not give your own poor behavior a free pass, and if you know that someone is being verbally abusive then either try to calmly and respectfully get them to calm down and knock it off or just mute, report (which you should do anyways) and move on.

If you're still confused about the ban then I would highly suggest filing a support ticket asking for more information as to why it was a permaban instead of a 2-week ban. Just avoid using the money argument as that is meaningless.
