First ban is a permaban?

Like the title says. Never been banned before. Banned for the first time for a couple of occasions of toxicity in games over a time span of 5-6 months. It was probably my last game (today) that triggered it. Could it be an error from Riots side or have they reached a point where they've become too soft and target an audience that consists of 10-year old girls? This is really surprising to me.

Maybe they've won a battle, but they haven't won the war.

If you used any hate speech or made death threats then you can be escalated immediately to a permanent ban. Check your email it should have your chat logs that you can post here.

If you've been banned for chat behavior, you should have a reform card with your chat. If it was your first punishment, it would have been excessively awful use of the chat.

If you don't have that, then you weren't banned for chat. There are a variety of other reasons why an account could be banned, if you are able to share any more information about it. Beyond that, submit a ticket to support to find out more.

Well 1.) If you didn't find an e-mail with chat logs then you should have requested something from Riot because they have to tell you why you got banned. And 2.) if you didn't make a death threat/use racial slurs/ anything sexist I don't know why you were perma banned unless you were a troll in ranked. There have been people who appealed but you have to post chat logs or appeal directly to Riot through a ticket so they can look it over.
