So i was just in a game as Xin Zhao jungle, I started red side then i went botlane to burn an enemy flash or something,enemy botlane overextended and i was able to chunk both of them rly low as well as burn 2 flashes , as i was going back after a successful gank,my botlane finally caught up,then sona flashes under enmy turret and almost dies. I asked her why did she flash,she then starts to flame me saying i should wait and then she dies a moment later to enemy jungler and starts commending him in all chat throwing shade to me. I then ask in All Chat to please report sona so as to scare her so she would chill out,Enemy jax then says Honor Sona and report xin,and then the sona's duo who was lulu mid also joined in and flamed me continuously for I think was the same successful gank i made botlane,Seeing that no one was on my side i afk'd in base because i just couldnt handle playing with people like that,i then came back and got couple kills which had me up to 3/1 yet i was still being flamed,then sona and lulu decided to stall the game out to 30+ mins so that my punishment would be more severe,all in all they all report me for being afk,and thats a deserved report because i did indeed go afk. But whats to happen to these people?People who drive you to the brink of afk'ing?People who continuously flame you for no reason,and being a solo player i'm always outnumbered so theres nothing i can do.Thats what i want to know,what really happens to these people. Because as far as i can see nothing ever happens to them,whereas the persons who suffered from their bullying are the only ones who get punished because of their reactions. As for muting how sensible would it be to mute your entire team when you're not a challenger smurf who cant solo carry silver games? And thats it

Anyway feel free to post negative comments,i do indeed deserve it for afk'ing,i just finished uninstalling anyway,doesn't matter,just wanted to know why nothing is being done to these toxic people.

firstly, understand that group reporting has more power than a solo player is a myth.

All reporting does is flag the said account to be checked for toxicity. 1 report or 9 reports get treated the same way. Programmed that way to prevent group report bullying.

2ndly, you currently only receive punishment notifications if your report was the last straw that got someone punished. If it was building towards their case, you won't get any notifaction. We also don't know if you'll get a notifaction if they get only chat restrictions.

The visibility around the punishment system for the ones providing the report can definitely use some improvements. That being said, tribunal 2.0 (built to compliment the current system) is in the works, but we probably won't get to see it until the new client is launched. Hopefully we get to see the visibility we are wishing for.

You don't have to mute the whole team, just mute the toxic people. Trust me, if they are toxic then they won't say anything worthwhile the whole game so you don't lose anything by muting them. Then you just ignore their lanes and get your other teammates fed and hard carry without them.

if they're flaming you, screenshot it and post it on the boards. as for what to do in-game, just mute them and report them. there's no use in afking unless you just want to add more fuel to their fire.

Getting so angry you have to afk to cope is an extreme form of mental weakness that is not tolerated in esports. I suggest a manual labor job or martial arts classes to overcome your mental weakness.
