Just be patient. Spamming the forums with the same message over and over again won't get your ticket answered any faster and will just increase the chances that you actually get forum banned for spamming. You'll never get an answer if you won't be patient and wait.
Athina2 votesYou'll just have to be patient. Remember that "bumping" your support ticket only sends it to the back of the queue, further delaying a response.
