i got a LeaveBuster Warning , does that mean i can't receive gifts anymore?

hi! I got a leave buster warning during season 6 xD

I think the server lagged out or something , and I know if the server lags it's not riot fault still mine xD

i was wandering if i got a leavebuster warning does that mean i can't receive gifts forever ?

and I would also like to ask does a leave buster reset like when a new season come and your leave buster records are all reset xD

i was just curious cause gifting faqs states that if you got a leave buster you can't receive gifts!

i hope someone will reply to this thread and help me out !:D
