What to do about salty Summoners

Just finished a game of ranked that I lost. My team, or should I say someone on my team blamed me cause I was split pushing. Successfully I might add. After the game the guy who blamed me sent me a friend request. This Video is what resulted.

This is the one reason why we need a report feature in ticket form. You collect data on a summoner and send to riot to do with it what they will.

I know that it really isn't feasible because they wouldn't have the man power to look at everything. And yes I did accept his request. But I have done that before when they didn't flame me in game but waited till after the report screen.

In all reality I'm just hoping a Red sees this and gives this guy a chat restriction.
