perma ban for no reasons.

I played my acc to lvl 30 all by myself and never share acc with others. 4 days ago, right after I finished my dinner and can not log in anymore cause the perma ban. I have played 2 hours ago. The problem is I have never been using any 3rd party programs to cheat in this game. As long as you look up my stats and you will know if I am a scripter or not. After sending my tickets to riot about this "mistaking" ban. They just give me some bs and confirmed using scripts but can not tell further details. I am really wondering what games have I been cheating with? Would you please freaking tell? It took two day to give me such a bs reply which makes non-sense at all.

Moonsugar here - I can't provide you with any context for the app you're mentioning. This is a third-party application, and we do not offer support for third-party applications. I wouldn't be able to tell you why you're getting display errors in something that we didn't design or implement, and is not supported by Riot games in any regard.

I've personally reviewed the circumstances of the investigation and can confirm the use of third-party applications, scripts or modifications within your games. This isn't related to that phone app, nor is it necessarily the result of reports. Unfortunately we aren't able to disclose any additional information regarding the nature of this suspension. Doing so has the potential to be detrimental to our systems and methods of investigation. As this account is still responsible for those actions the suspension stands.

Who knows how the hack did you detect those cheating in games. You can't even find any proofs of cheating in my games. Did you even being seriously about my bans? Have you ever watch my game plays or replays about the game that i am Cheating with ??? I can't fking believe this cause i spend two years on this account have like 110more champs and hundreds of skins. JUst fking banned me randomly and don't give any evidence of how I am cheating? Riot i Know you don't care about mistaking banning one, BUt whatever YOu guys have done a great job of consumer service. I am done for riot games, Bye everyone, good luck on living in the prison. Even harsher than living in prison, cause police even need evidences of your criminals to caught you. But riot doens't need any. They banned you whenever they want and not even treat it seriously.

Usually these sorts of bans are associated with ELO boosting. Granted, I can't see any signs of that myself, but then again I'm not a Riot employee.

Riot does not release the information of how they detect these 3rd party apps, because if they did, the people who make those apps would try to work around that information.

My condolences. I have been active on board for a while now (a few years) and you are the first person complaining about this situation. I do now know any details nor am I in any position to accuse you of lying. I just want to offer my opinion that from Riot's credit on banning, which is pretty damn good, there might be some misconception on "third party applications" on your part.

some context would be nice. The Rioter seems to point on that you were asking about a 3rd party program so am i right to assume you were using some sort of program along with League of legends? Just things are adding up and it feels like you are keeping information from us. I can understand why Riot wont release information like that because no one wants cheaters in the games (not claiming you are one) But even the smallest of information these hackers/3rd party programmers is all they need to basically mess the game up for everyone else.

Do you even know WHY they don't share it? Its so that the people who keep making them can't get around how they find out that you cheated.
