Hello, i am not sure if this is right section for it but, i am wondering how leavebuster system works ?

Long time ago,i left 2 matches i had internet problems i had 5 games punishment 5minutes to wait before the game okay that s resonable punishment. Maybe after 40 games i had same problem, that time i got punished 5 games 20minutes to wait, well i am like that isnt okay but i ll deal with it, since then i ve played 100-200 games without single disconect from the game, even i ve been clean for 100-200 games and lets face it that alot of real life hours today i had to leave the game cause i had oblivigation in RL that suddenly poped out and guess what i got 20minutes for 5 games, i am pretty sure something is wrong with my account, if any of dev team could check it out, cause i doubt that my leavebuster status wouldnt reset even after 150 games being clean ?

I mean i ll deal with this punishment once again but its unjustified punishment, cause if this keep going like this i may get banned without any reason for not being able to play 1 game in 200.

And yeah i am not using support system cause i dont like talking to bot i would like to get answer by human to explain me status of my account.

If you want a real answer, you are going to have to deal with the support system. Only they have the real, unbiased data of how many times you've been afk in how many games and explains to you fully why you keep getting 20min LPQ. We here only have your words for it and the 20min LPQ is telling us a different story.

Going by my personal experience of afk'd in a few games myself and dodging games whenever needed, I can tell you that there are leniency built into LeaveBuster and afk'd a few times here or there will not get you 5min LPQ, let alone 20min.

Again, only support can see your true afk meter so you should start there.

Leaving or AFKing approximately once per 100 games will keep you at the same punishment level. AFKing more will keep increasing the punishment until it reaches 20 minutes LPQ, but it will not lead to a ban. It is required to AFK less than that to reduce the punishment level. You may have been close.

But that all aside, the 120 minutes of penalty is always less than the amount of time that going AFK wastes for the other 9 people in the game.

I was having BSOD problems with my video card driver the other day and left games 5 times - I did due diligence and was running practice mode and other tests to test if the fixes were working but the problem did not happen until in a live game for some reason, so I thought I had fixed the problems - nope, and I caused at least two dozen people to have a bad day. Got 20 minute leaver buster. It went away after 5 games with no problems. I got a 15 minute ban for the first 2 leaves, then after the 5th, 20 minutes.
