Hi, 2 of my friends got perma banned for being a little toxic then there started a new account and became btter to others there are not toxic any longer and i hope riot will give everyone a second chance because if you get a second chance you will use it good so i hope there will get unbanned and everybody else because i love playing lol with them. so riot please unban everyone in next season then i will be really happy plz riot i think there cannot be toxic if there get a second chance

They already had like 3-4 chances? How mnay ban tiers there are? If they didn't change after 2 week ban, and they knew the next one is perm, why didn't they change earlier?

They got a second chance by creating a new account. Their accounts are permanently banned, they won't be unbanned, but they are free to keep playing on their current accounts.

Their previous chat restrictions & 14 days suspension were their 2nd chance. Tell them to make a new account.

Yeah no, not happening. They had a second chance, a third and fourth one too, they just willingly choose to throw them away.

Riot has directly stated that this will never happened.

They used to have a permanent ban reform program called the Level 20 Challenge. It went out to toxic players specifically identified as having reform potential, and these players were contacted for 1-on-1 meetings on their issues and what changes they needed. Even then, it had only a 5% success rate.

Statistically, it would be an awful idea for the community to unban all those accounts.

Some famous streamers are even known to say "Oh you want to play that game? I'll just make a new account and troll"

People don't often see a Perm ban as a message to "stop being toxic and get it together." To them the ban is a personal attack and they want to fight back or just break the rules even more to make a point and show the ban doesn't do anything but make them mad. Some people would probably act better if they were unbanned, but the majority would go crazy and be even worse thinking nothing can affect them since they were unbanned once.
