( my account has been suspended for good ) is bloody 5 program against riot terms ?

my account has been suspended 5 days ago and i basically used MK LOL 8 months ago but i bought a gaming mouse like 4 months ago and i jad to download bloody 5 program for my mouse and this program has nothing to do with League Of Legends so im kind of not understanding why riot won't forgive me and gove me my account back even thought i begged them so much and they keep refusing to give me my account back, and basically they have never warn me or anything like that, all of a sudden they ban me for good :'( and i miss my account sooo much, i just wanna play 1 game by it :'( (im talking about this account : Evil99 EUNE
i started to play LOL in season 3 and i've spent unbealivable amount of time on this account and i spent money also but i swear to god i don't care about the money at all, not the money what bothered me, im kind of dead right now . and something else i've created discussion before and there are some people replied me and i couldn't reply them at all
once i click on go to comment it take me to the title of the subject, and i can't reply any one :( so who ever gonna reply me on this will you please tell me how can i reply to your comment ? thank you.
