Do I deserve my permanent ban?

So I got 2 week suspended a few weeks ago, and I came back ready to reform and focus on winning my games. I played two games with absolutely no issues and had a great time. My third game was a little bit different.

In my third game, the toxicity of my teammates started at champion select. I was forced to play my secondary role choice by my mid laner who insisted that I was better than him at jungle and needed to jungle. Although I am a jungle main, I have not been playing much jungle recently and I wanted to play mid. He locked in Kog mid and refused to go to his role, so I decided to fill as Sejuani. We ended up with a team composition of four late game picks and I would come to find out this was a big mistake. The enemy chose four early game picks across all lanes.

Upon getting into game, I was spam pinged by my top lane Wukong to gank before I even finished my second camp. I told him to scale and ping for teamfights. He nearly died 1v1 moments later. Shortly after that, my bottom lane Blitzcrank began to spam ping me for ganks. He and Vayne were getting crushed and they quickly gave first blood in a 2v2 duel. I made sure to tell them to stay back and avoid getting Lee fed, because Lee's primary objective is to snowball lanes. Support Blitz continued to spam ping me. Mid Kog then lost a duel and said he "shoulda jg afterall." Here I am, a level 5 Sejuani being pulled every which way by tilted players that have no mental fortitude. Vayne made sure to let me know I was muted after I again told her to play back and scale. By the end of the game, a few of my teammates were asking the enemy to report me, calling me toxic, and insulting me. After the game, all four of my teammates hung around for a minute so I likely got reported by all four of them.

Now looking into why I was actually banned. I told Blitzcrank that building sheen in a losing game was retarded. I blamed Blitzcrank for the loss. I said we can ff after my teammates had tilted and given up on their lanes. I again said we can ff, after multiple players were spam pinging me instead of focusing.

Maybe I should get out of chat in the future. But I do not think a permanent ban for this is fair. After all of the harassment and negativity I got from my teammates despite trying to set a game plan and reassure them that everything was okay, I could not sit there for another 10 minutes without defending myself. At the same time, I could not sit there and focus on winning the game when my teammates had already given up and turned to insulting me in chat. I could not AFK, I could not leave. I chose to defend myself while trying my best not to insult them, and I was still banned.
