3rd party, Exploits Perma Banned

Hello was hoping made I could get some help on here since I got nothing from the riot support tickets I have been playing this game for 5 years now I have been an avid player mostly I just play with friends and was ranked silver 1 and the other day I go to log on to find out my account has been banned permanently for exploits which is ridiculous I have never used any exploits or hacks in my life I can see that it is not only me that is having this issue and that there is multiple threads on this topic popping up now if I used exploits and got banned I would except it but this is the thing I didn't. I get no response on the support ticket I sent in I tried to explain to them the only programs I used was Plays TV and that is it. This is obviously a huge issue and multiple summoners and being wrong fully punished I have never account shared in my time of playing league I even asked my friend to check my match history to see if I had been hacked my last game was the same one I left on so there was no account sharing the last few games I remember I was playing with my friends groups of four and five and crushing some people so I imagine they all got together and all five decided to report me all at once which most likely caused all this to happen. The issue is not about me losing my placement I was silver 1 I obviously didn't care about my rank I just enjoyed playing with my friends in normal's hence why I would never use exploits there would be no point I am just very disappointed in losing all my skins I have put easily over 1500 dollars into this account and it would really be a shame to lose it over a flaw in the ban system I know its hard to believe some of these threads but I am being very honest here that I have never account shared or hacked in my life. I have multiple friends that I play with and know in RL that can also testify for me that I have never broken any summoners code.
