Perma banned, wrongfully I hope.

I had posted this in 'the wrong section' earlier, apologies I wasn't sure where to post it and I'm a little upset, so I'm not exactly in the best mindset. I just got off vacation I took at the start of summer, only to find out I've been permanently banned.. I haven't been on since before I left for vacation, so this is kind of upsetting to me. I have a theory.. which I would feel safer believing. One of my oldest childhood friends, knows a few of my passwords, and could possibly have guessed it and went on my account, because if not I've been hacked and that's even worse to think of. Now I've had this account since either before seasons, or at around season 1. I've put well enough money into the account, as well as hours earning all that I could, champions and runes, and I'm very upset to see that I have somehow been permanently banned even though I've not been playing. Understanding how the league report system and ban system works, I understand this is not in fault of Riot but there must be something that can be done about this? I had also seen that this person had made a post on my account which seemed to be extremely.. toxic, but had attempted to delete it to no avail. Although I cannot see the contents of the post I see the replies.. which lead me to believe it was nothing more than hate. After seeing this, I have no doubt whoever was on my account was a terrible person, completely toxic and entirely deserved the ban. However, this wasn't me. I do understand I don't have much of a way to prove it wasn't me.. nor can I prove I was hacked, but please I ask for some form of understanding.. I had this account and put so much work in it for years now.. I've grown and developed the understanding that toxic players ruin games, and even if you are matched up with toxic players the best thing you can do is be as understanding and helpful as you can be, as I have had been toxic before in the past myself. But after my reform I understood, and did my best to be anything but toxic to the community. To find all this out on my return from vacation? I can't express how upset I am, couldn't even begin to. All that I've earned.. all the matches I played, thrown away to someone who didn't even deserve it.. I leave this matter in your hands now Riot, I hope there is something that can be done about this.

First off, how exactly did he know your passwords? You cant say he guess it as that is impossible unless you use the same password for every single thing and that is just wrong. Second this wouldnt be considered getting "Hacked", i cant stand when people say they got hack when people know their account information. With that said especially since you wrote this as evidence you could have had a case and contact Support to help, but you are responsible for your account. If you knew he knew your information it is your responsibility to change it, even with that you should be changing your password regularly (with any account for that matter)

Now you could still contact them, im not sure how well it will help since they could look up this post and see that you knew your friend had information on your account, thus breaking the rules on the ToS!

TBH sounds more like you are reaching for excuses as to why you should be unbanned after you were toxic

UPDATE: Let it be known I had found out through confession my younger brother found my laptop in my room and was playing on my account while I was on vacation. MYSTERY F**KIN SOLVED RIGHT? lol.

Maybe they can check the IP of the computer that played the toxic games and compare it to your typical IP. If they match or if your router assigns a unique IP every login then idk much else tbh.
