Question about a surprise ban

Hey'a Y'all!

So I have a quick question for you fine folk to try to bounce something off you to see if you can come up with an idea because I am lost at the moment.

So I haven't been on LoL for about 2 months. The last time I was on I was playing as a team member (granted I may not be that great and had salty people on my team) but I wasn't being toxic or anything.
Anywho I go to get on today to play a couple matches with my irl buddy, and it tells me that my account has been perm suspended and to check my email for information on it. I checked my email and saw that there was nothing in it about this, with the last email from Riot or LoL being from when I bought points in 2015.

And ideas of what could have happened?

Edit: So I am not able to reply to the messages for some reason. But There was no code on the message, just saying that there will be an email and there is nothing in any of my email box's

hmm submit a support ticket to RIOT asking why you are banned...

When you receive the ban it should give a date code like 22/22/2222 or something like that depending on the code we may be able to determine what it was for. If you haven't played for awhile and then started playing from a new IP they may have suspended your account as a safe guard to make sure someone else didn't hack your account. Also check your junk mail because it often doesn't make it to your inbox.
