Suggestion on fixing League's overall community behavior.

Hello friends, for 5 years of my experience with League of Legend i never had so much bad time like i have last 6-12 months. You should really consider renaming League of Legends into League of Abusive Toxic Kids. Why am i becoming toxic, let me explain so you can fix this serious issue with our community! First people are not friendly anymore, in 2012 i got honor in 85% of games. I even added enemy players who played well so we could duo. Second, people think they are omnipotent, really, they know all from tutorials, guides, and from Brofesco and other kids streaming and screaming all over Youtube. You cannot criticize anyone anymore, if you ask why did you build that item for that champ (curious) they become abusive and start cursing. People are so unfriendly this days that even a friendly fella would be turned into abusive one when confronted with AP on top AP (0/12/0) or ADC! One wrong word and people start trolling feeding, assisting enemy team or going afk. In last couple of months every 4th or 5th game was with afk player and every 3rd was with troll. That is 1/3 of games ruined by people not caring if you win or loose, just to make your day worse. (Ranked %, in normal every 2nd game is with afk/troll/feeder or something similar).

>{{summoner:2}} Suggestion 1: Getting 1 free random skin shard at end of every month if you are not reported for being toxic/abusive/trolling/racist. IF you are you are loot-banned for example 5/10/15 days depending on the severity of the offense you will miss lot of free stuff. And continuing to behave in wrong manner would increase loot penalty and match wait time.

> Suggestion2: So my logic is well simple, no free stuff and gifts for trollers/afkers/toxic people (for 5/10/15/30 days) and 5/10/20 minutes wait time (to cool down their brains). Also for people who well behave, and which reports lead to punishment of right people should be rewarded with key fragments, bonus chest, skin shard... People would improve if every game could lead to punishment and no free loot if they are intentionally ruining game. Also every report would be checked and measured so no one is punished for having "Bad day" (i will regret saying this) or just getting random DC/Bugsplat.
